So let me tell you how to make carrot and Orange Juice. So the ingredients we will have to use for this juice. And first we've to get some oranges and carrots. Then we’ll have to get some ginger and some turmeric as well. Now peel them and some people like to juice the oranges without peeling but it is really sour. So whatever you do please do not use the peel and if you want to peel as well we like to peel most of the white bits off. So get your juicer ready for juicing and then transfer all the ingredients quickly one by one. So for blending add the carrot turmeric and ginger and just add a bit of water just so the bleach will move properly and then cover and blend until smooth. Now transfer the content into the bowl that's been lined with some cheesecloth. You can also use a fine mesh colander as well you don't need to use this. Now add some freshly squeezed orange juice into it. Your juice is ready this can be enjoyed two or three times a day it's up to you and if you want you can also sweeten it with some sugar or honey.
